Please contact us prior to returning any unopened merchandise. We accept returns on a per-occurance basis. Some of the merchandise that we sell is one of a kind, or unique merchandise, and may not be returned or refunded. If an item is returned without the proper return authorization procedures followed, it will be refused at our warehouse and sent back to you.
We will pay the return cost if the merchandise received is incorrect, damaged, or not as described. Please understand, if we describe an item as Authentic or Signed, it WILL include a certificate of authenticity. There are certain items that do not include the certificate of authenticity (ie. frames, pictures, etc..). The description will always show whether or not the COA is included.
